Your postcode
Whether you own your home

We also automatically collect marketing attribution data so we understand how visitors reach us and can measure our advertising. This includes the campaign source and medium, search or ad terms, advertising click identifiers (for example Google and Meta click ids), the page you first arrived on, your device's user-agent string and your IP address.

How we use your data

We use the details you provide to process your request for window installer quotes and to contact you by phone in connection with the application you made — to confirm what you're looking for and help match you with suitable, accredited local installers. We do not use your phone number to make unrelated marketing calls about other products.

Sharing your data with installers

Where your enquiry qualifies, we may pass your details to a matched, independent window installer so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We only share what is needed for that purpose. Those installers are responsible for their own use of your data under their own privacy policies.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations — normally up to 24 months from your last contact with us — after which it is deleted or anonymised. Marketing attribution identifiers stored in cookies expire after 90 days.
